From waking up your starter to reading the rise and shaping your first loaf, I'm one message or phone call away. I'm happy to help with starter feedings, rehydrating a dehydrated starter, timing, dough troubles, and any bake question along the way. And if a bake doesn't turn out the way you hoped, I'll follow up with you so we can work through it together.
