I am new to the sourdough bread world. Bucky has been a life saver. Bucky came with a contact person named Tammy. Tammy has spent so much time helping me through the sourdough process. She has always made herself available for questions/concerns. She took the time to ensure I understood the process. Her responses were not only quick-she became like a family member. She’s truly a gem. Such an amazing person with so much patience. Bucky is the way to go if you’re starting out and it’s a plus to have the exceptional customer service to go along with it!!! I am a long time Celiac, and dearly miss sourdough bread. That problem is solved magnificently with the gluten-free Benny sourdough starter. This stuff is amazing!
