Simply DoughLectable is our family business, and every order comes with me, Tammy. I answer your texts and calls myself: a real person, not a bot and not a call center. From waking up your starter to reading the rise and shaping your first loaf, I'm one message or phone call away. I'm happy to help with starter feedings, rehydrating a dehydrated starter, timing, dough troubles, and any bake question along the way. And if a bake doesn't turn out the way you hoped, I'll follow up with you so we can work through it together.
