Terms of Service

Thank you for shopping with Simply DoughLectable, LLC, a small family business in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm Tammy, and I'm the one who packs your order and answers your questions. Here's how ordering from my shop works.

Orders and prices

Prices are listed in US dollars. At checkout you'll see the price of your starters and your shipping cost before you pay.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the lower 48 US states and Washington, DC. Subsidized shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO: $5 off the USPS rate, applied automatically at checkout. Dehydrated starters ship by USPS First-Class International (1–3 weeks): $19.50 to Canada and Mexico or $25.50 to other supported countries for small orders (usually 1–3 starters), and $25.50 to Canada and Mexico or $40.50 to other supported countries for orders up to about 1 lb (usually 4–7 starters). Larger orders ship at the USPS Priority rate. Due to UK and EU import and tax requirements for small overseas sellers, I'm not able to ship to the United Kingdom or European Union at this time. Bucky Live ships to US addresses only. On international orders, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer. The full details are in my Shipping policy.

Refunds and replacements

Because my starters are food-related and perishable once activated, I can't accept physical returns. If USPS loses, delays or damages your package, I'll replace it free of charge. I'll also replace or refund your order if your starter doesn't activate after we've troubleshot it together. Refunds aren't offered for not following the provided instructions or for customer error after activation. The full details are in my Refund policy.
